1. Return Eligibility
Due to health and safety regulations in the UAE, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
2. Timeframe for Returns
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, or unsealed supplement containers.
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
- Items purchased under a promotional or clearance offer.
- Custom-formulated or limited-edition products.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact customer service promptly.
5. Return Process
To request a return, please:
- Email us at info@mananutrition.ae with your order number, reason for return, and product photos if damaged.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions before shipping the item back.
- Ensure the product meets the return conditions.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Mana Nutrition will cover return shipping if the item is incorrect or damaged.
- If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
7. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Store credit or product replacement may be offered based on customer preference.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Please follow the same return process as above.
9. Extended Return Periods

13. International Orders
- Duties and Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes as per your country’s customs regulations. These fees are not included in your order price and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping Time: International deliveries may take between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
- Return Conditions: International returns are only accepted after prior approval from Mana Nutrition. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Uncollected or Rejected Parcels: If a parcel is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order will not be refunded.
